Use of the Site
Stitchify Hub provides tools for browsing products, customizing embroidery, submitting artwork, saving designs, and placing orders. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with platform operations, attempt to access restricted systems, or use automated activity that could degrade the experience for other customers or shop owners.
Accounts and Checkout
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including contact details, shipping address, product selections, artwork files, and payment information. If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Custom Designs and Artwork Rights
When you upload or submit artwork, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for custom embroidery. Do not submit designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights. We may decline, pause, or cancel work that appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
Preview Accuracy
The embroidery preview is intended to help you understand placement, approximate scale, product color, and overall appearance. Actual thread, fabric texture, lighting, product shape, and production constraints can create reasonable variation between a screen preview and the finished item.
Orders, Production, and Changes
Custom embroidered products are made to order. Review product details, sizing, color, design placement, and shipping information before placing an order. Contact us immediately if something needs to change. Once an order enters production, edits, cancellations, or address changes may not be possible.
Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping timelines depend on product availability, production timing, carrier service, and destination. Because custom items are produced for a specific design and order, returns or exchanges may be limited unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Pricing and Availability
Product availability, pricing, promotions, shipping options, and estimated timing may change. If an item, color, size, or service becomes unavailable after checkout, we may contact you to resolve the order with a substitution, delay, cancellation, or refund where appropriate.
Third-Party Services
Payments, shipping, analytics, storefront tools, and other features may rely on third-party providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitchify & Glow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, products, previews, or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
