Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, account information, shipping and billing details, order history, product selections, uploaded artwork, design settings, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage activity.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the site, process orders, generate previews, provide customer support, improve the designer and storefront experience, prevent misuse, communicate about purchases, and maintain platform security.

Artwork and Design Files

Uploaded artwork and design configuration may be stored so you can preview products, complete checkout, save designs, support production, and resolve order questions. Do not upload artwork that contains sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your order.

Payments

Payment details are processed by payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers. Payment providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy and security practices.

Connected Etsy and Shopify Accounts

Shop owners can connect an Etsy or Shopify store. Connecting happens through that marketplace's own sign-in, and we receive only the permissions the shop owner approves. Depending on the features in use, this can include the shop profile, listings and inventory, and orders, including buyer names, shipping addresses, purchased items, and personalization details.

We use marketplace data only to provide the features the shop owner turns on: importing orders into the production workflow, matching listings to products, sending shipping and tracking updates back to the marketplace, and, where enabled, updating listing quantities or adding a personalization designer link to listings. Marketplace data is available only within the connecting shop's workspace. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other shops.

Marketplace access tokens are encrypted at rest. A shop owner can disconnect a store at any time from Sales channels, which deletes the stored access tokens and stops all syncing. Orders already imported remain in the shop's workspace for production, tax, and support records; contact us to request deletion of imported marketplace data.

Service Providers

We may share information with providers that help with hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, analytics, email, customer support, fraud prevention, and production workflows. They are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember cart or designer state, measure site performance, understand usage, and improve reliability. Browser settings may allow you to limit some of these technologies.

Marketing Communications

If you sign up for updates, we may send product news, offers, and announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages where an unsubscribe option is provided. Transactional order and account messages may still be sent when needed.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, support orders, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, improve product quality, and maintain security. Retention periods can vary by data type and business need.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, update account details, request help with an order, or ask whether information can be corrected or deleted. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use strong passwords and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Children's Privacy

Stitchify Hub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.
