Yes. One login can own several shops or be invited to help run someone else’s. Each shop keeps its own catalog, orders, team, and plan, and is billed separately.

Yes. Every plan, including Free, comes with a hosted storefront, product catalog, live designer, cart, and checkout. Higher tiers add capacity, sales channels, automation, reporting, and team seats.

Yes. From the admin area you can set your logo, colors, navigation, home page sections, content pages, footer and social links, and how your catalog is presented. Your storefront shows your brand, not ours.

Storefront checkout accepts cards through Stripe and also supports PayPal. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment fields and never touch your shop admin.

Every plan supports flat-rate shipping you configure. Growth and Pro add live carrier rates at checkout and label purchase (including return labels) through EasyPost.

Every shop gets a free address like yourshop.stitchifyhub.com. On the Pro plan you can connect your own domain (for example shop.yourbrand.com) from storefront settings and point your DNS to Stitchify.

No. Stitchify can host your shop experience. If you already have a marketing site, you can link its “Shop” or “Customize” calls to your Stitchify storefront and keep your existing brand presence.

The designer emphasizes realistic placement on products, embroidery-area constraints, artwork templates, uploaded artwork, thread-color controls, and previews—so shoppers know what they are ordering and you get cleaner handoff into production.

Every order carries the buyer’s artwork, placement, finished size, and thread colors into your production queue. Your team or your digitizer uploads the approved machine file (DST or PES) to the order, so whoever runs the machine has everything in one place.

Yes. Our digitizing service turns PNG, JPG, or SVG artwork into machine-ready DST and PES files. Pricing is per file based on complexity, with bulk discounts and an optional rush fee, and standard turnaround is about 48 hours.

Starter and above include an AI design generator that turns a short prompt into embroidery-friendly artwork in the thread colors you choose. Growth and Pro add AI photo tools that convert a customer photo into a stitchable cartoon-style design.

Yes. Starter and above can create manual orders from the admin, so walk-in, wholesale, and email orders run through the same production queue as storefront and marketplace orders.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. Add products, test the storefront and designer, and upgrade when you need manual orders or higher limits. Paid plans also start with a free trial.

Starter adds manual orders, promotions, and AI design tools. Growth adds live shipping rates and labels, AI photo tools, and advanced reports. Pro adds accounting, advanced email automations, a custom domain, and unlimited products, orders, and staff.

Yes. Stitchify supports embroidery-aware pricing so you can account for placements, thread color counts, and complexity instead of relying only on flat product prices.

No. You pay a flat monthly or yearly plan price, and Stitchify does not add a per-order commission. Standard card processing fees from Stripe or PayPal still apply to storefront payments.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing at any time—changes are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cards and invoices are managed in the secure Stripe billing portal.

Nothing is deleted. Your existing products, orders, and staff stay in place; you just cannot add more until you are back under the new plan’s limits or upgrade again. Features that are not part of the new plan are switched off.

Yes. Invite staff with a role that fits their job—Administrator, Order Manager, Production Staff, or Read only—and only the shop owner can delete the shop or transfer ownership. Free includes 1 user, Starter 3, Growth 10, and Pro unlimited.

Yes. Built-in reports cover orders, customers, products, inventory, and accounting, and can be downloaded as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Your shop data stays yours.
